4. How do I verify my account?

Verification helps build trust and safety within our community. To verify your account:

  • Photo Verification: Take a selfie following a simple pose request. Our system matches it to your profile photos.

Verified profiles receive a visible badge, signaling authenticity to other users and increasing your match potential.


Matching and Messaging

5. How does matching work?

Our matching algorithm considers multiple factors:

  • Your stated preferences (age range, distance, interests)

  • Your in-app activity and behavior

  • Geographic proximity

  • Compatibility based on profile details

You'll be shown potential matches one at a time. Swipe right if you're interested, left to pass. When two users swipe right on each other, it's a match! You can then start messaging immediately.

6. Can I message anyone on the platform?

Free members can send a limited number of messages per day to their matches. Once you upgrade to Premium, you'll enjoy unlimited messaging with all your matches.

7. What happens when I get a match?

Congratulations! When you match with someone, both users receive a notification. The match appears in your "Matches" section, and you can start a conversation from there. We recommend sending a thoughtful first message to make a great impression.

8. Can I block or report someone?

Absolutely. User safety is our top priority. You can block or report any user who:

  • Sends inappropriate, harassing, or abusive messages

  • Uses fake, misleading, or stolen photos

  • Engages in suspicious or fraudulent behavior

  • Violates our community guidelines

To report a user, visit their profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Report." Our safety team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours and takes appropriate action.

9. How do I update my profile?

Updating your profile is easy:

10. How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account:

Once deleted, your profile, matches, messages, and all associated data are permanently removed. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

11. Can I pause my account instead of deleting?

Yes. If you need a break but don't want to lose your matches, you can hide your profile:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy.

  2. Select "Hide Profile."

  3. Your profile will no longer appear in discovery feeds.

Your existing matches will still see you, but new users will not find your profile. You can unhide at any time.

12. What if I forgot my password?

No problem. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
